my name is benjamin, im a 29 year old visual artist and self taught musician, originally from the wiararapa but now living in wanaka nz. i play acoustic folk rock, and im heavily influenced by jack johnson's music. i play a very simple guitar and would describe my songs as melodical poems. i sometimes incorporate my music in with my artwork by illustrating the song as a large oil painting on canvas, drawing on my experience in character animation and cartooning.

i enjoy getting lost in my imagination and the most important thing in my life is my family, daughter Nikita, partner Elissa, and her daughter Lillian, love you lots.
